1. SERP Preparation Visit:
Beside training, we also
provide Station Emergency Response Plan (SERP) preparation Visit.
It is a 3-day visit with the
objective is to help station in the preparation of SERP establishment.
The visit program are as follows:
a. Discuss SERP important
information
b. SCC formation and main function.
c. Notification process flow.
d. Call-tree and all emergency contact.
e. ERP Head and ER Centre, Facilities and equipment.
f. Recovery equipment.
g. Discuss on Airport’s information.
ADOM provides SERP template
for free of charge your convenience.
On
the 2nd day - Airport Visit Program:
a. Obtain Grid-map from Airport Authority.
b. ADU,
AFRS and Crash-gates identification.
c. Immediate Response Teams (IRT) Centers (Terminal)
location
identified.
-FAC, SRC, PHA, PMA (Airport
Authority).
- FAC identification.
With the attendance of staff
from the Airport Authority will help in the Airport visit and also staff from
other stations will help them in their SERP preparation on their own station.
2. Care Team Support Services
ADOM also provides support
services to your trained Care Team or Family Assistance Volunteers during
airlines disaster.
Operating from your Family
Assistance Centre, we will report to your Special Assistance Team’s Manager. We
will coordinate with all types of SAT volunteers as per the Volunteer
Requirement template (LIVE) below which shows the various types of SAT
including your Care Team or Family Assistance Team:
All we need is the Airlines’
official request from CMC’s Chairman to be forwarded to us stating that you
need our support services and specify the following:
1. What areas that you need the support.
2. Your Aircraft fleet involved in the disaster and
3. The total number of passenger involved under all category of
injury.
Duration of support needed
minimum of which is 20 days and maximum is until the return of your GO Team or
closure of your Family Assistance Center.
As this is a noble service,
our fee will be very reasonable and it is based on per passenger basis involved
in the accident under all category of injury’s color code (Green, Yellow, Red
and White) tag.
50 % of the total fee is to
be paid before our departure to the station of accident and the balance is to
be paid within 30 days after our return flight home.
