Development Training Centre, United Kingdom, 1993. This course duration was 8
(Eight) months and awarded with distinction.
3. ‘How to Present Training with Impact’ in Philadelphia, USA in
1995 and qualified as a round Instructor for World Airways which was certified
by Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).
4. Family
Assistance Training by IATA, Geneva in 2007. He was awarded with distinction.
5. Selected as an Instructors for IATA in 2007 until 2-13 based
in Singapore making him as the only Malaysian awarded a contract with IATA in
the field of ERP and FA.
